Who is Kevin?
Born and raised in Dublin, with both parents tracing their ancestral homes to Cork, Kevin grew up among a large number of siblings. This developed loyalty, stamina and the ability to begin a sentence before somebody else has quite finished theirs.
He plays Gaelic football for Ballinteer St. Johns, loves the gym and falls asleep listening to podcasts—an elite regime combining physical exertion with unconscious learning. Years of sincere effort have also produced German that remains heroically poor.
Kevin thinks he is funny. The spoken evidence is mixed. On the page, however, he is genuinely sharp: much funnier writing things down than saying them aloud. His record of showing up for friends, communities and causes is considerably less disputed.
